The self-contained apartment features:

- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

The check-in (key pick-up) location is at a different site, approximately 600 meters away from your booked apartment.

Amazing views and tidy apartment. Had a hiccup around air conditioning before our stay, but was sorted in time beforehand. The hosts were also very helpful in assisting us with lending a spare key when we locked ourselves out, we appreciated that.
