Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Please be advised that the rooftop plunge pool in Tower 3 is currently closed and is expected to reopen on 26 June 2026.
Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public area. We cannot always guarantee the access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).

Emma's place is clean and has fantastic views and is close to all facilities
Needed another Fob especially with 4 adults. Needed ordinary glass tumblers. Everything else was great. Beds were comfortable, views were lovely, location handy. Would definitely recommend for family or 2 adults but needed another Fob for 4 adults which I’m sure is easy enough to organise when booking if option.
