. Bedroom 3: Includes 2 Single Beds with walk-in shower bathroom
. A single folding bed is available for the 7th guest. Use of this bed incurs an additional charge of $50 AUD per night.

Important Considerations (Please Read)
One portable cots are available for our little guests. They come with a soft base but no extra mattress, and linens or bedding are not provided.
Layout
. This is a multi-level apartment with internal steps between areas and bedrooms. It is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Key Collection
. Self check-in is via an off-site key collection point located approximately 600 metres from the building. Guests must collect keys before arriving at the apartment.
Parking
. Two basement parking spaces available for guests. Parking height limit: 2.1m
Noise
. Due to the central location and contruction site nearby, some level of environmental noise may be present.
Schoolies booking:
. I am so sorry we do not accept any school leaver's reservation in this property
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.
. As the apartment is regularly used, some areas may show minor signs of wear but remain fully functional
. Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.

Guest access

The building's exceptional amenities provide a relaxing escape following a day of exploring the local area. You'll have complete access to all of the amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, a lagoon pool, a heated outdoor children's pool, a children's play area with a pirate ship and waterslide, an indoor and outdoor spa, a sauna, a gym, a games room, and a BBQ area. Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.

Pros: Amazing location, stunning 5-star views of the beach, great layout, really pretty and spacious home.. absolutely a stunner!. The kitchen and washing/drying machine were well-equipped. Would still stay again and fully recommend for families and friend get-togethers. Please note that: The unit was absolute luxury back in the late-90s, but is showing its age now... the cleaners clearly have done their best to keep things clean, but the carpet, dinning chairs, lamp shades, walls are a bit old.. That doesn't take away from the overall experience, but do not expect new and clean furniture. Check with the hotel on some of the swimming pool facilities...when we stayed the kids slides were under repair and unusable, the facilities in the swimming pool overall looked quite old and is in urgent need for some renovation.
