**Additional Notes**

-For safety in windy conditions, outdoor furniture has been secured; guests may adjust if needed. Cushions are stored in the ground-floor living room.

-The house has three levels connected by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

-CCTV is installed at the property entrance for security.

-Noise decibel monitors are installed on each floor (no audio recording).

-The house is equipped with a central air conditioning system, but not all rooms have individual air conditioning units

Guest access

Access is available to al areas except the garage, storage room and the main laundry located at the bottom level. These spaces are locked up. There is a second fully fitted out laundry for guests to use within the bathroom on the bottom level.
