Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.

It was great staying with Emma and Roger as they helped us a lot while our stay and they tried to get back to us as soon as possible. It was the efforts that they put in during our stay It was awesome and if I travel Gold Coast again I’ll stay with them for sure 👍
Emma & Roger’s place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and tidy and about a 500m walk to the beach, Cavill ave is just up the way! We had a beautiful stay and will definitely be back for longer next time. Thankyou for hosting

位置在冲浪者天堂附近,很方便,去citywalk或者吃东西。但是楼下有露天的屋顶酒吧,一般会在12点左右结束活动,所以在12点之前会比较吵闹。 我们是圣诞期间入住,所以价格偏贵,可以理解,同等价格,同时期的话悉尼要住的好一些。 床的大小很不错,两个双人床,睡起来很舒服。房东回复信息很及时,很友好。 总体来说适合年轻人短期旅行的落脚休息处,玩累了回来睡觉。不适合长时间呆在房间里,或者来这边深度体验生活。
For the price, our small family enjoyed our stay at Emma & Rogers place. They helped us by providing a baby cot so we are more than happy over our stay.
