Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, cookware, tea, and coffee. Please note that condiments are not provided.
Climate Control: Centralized air conditioning is available throughout the apartment, including both bedrooms and the living area.
Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary).
Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access & House Rules
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Smoking Policy: This apartment does not feature an open balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: The key collection shop is available 24 hours a day and is located just across Charlotte Street from the apartment building, only a short walking distance away via nearby pedestrian crossings.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some minor signs of wear and tear may be present, but all facilities remain fully functional and well maintained.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects may appear despite regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided for guest use. Please contact us if you experience any issues during your stay.

The superior facilities in the building offer the perfect retreat after a long day exploring the local areas. You will have full access to all the following facilities:
Facilities on Level P2 (Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna, and Gym);
Facilities on Level 5 (Outdoor Swimming Pool and BBQ Area).
Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas.
Operation hours and rules are posted on the wall near the entrance to the facilities.
Access to facilities cannot always be guaranteed due to occasional repairs, maintenance, or other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.

This stay was ok. Be aware there isn't wifi. Smart tv can't be used like a smart tv. All of the check-in/check-out/parking etc. information is on a webpage. The building advertises wifi you can purchase but the credit card page didn't work. Location is good.
My work colleague and I stayed for a week at this unit. It was a walking distance to our place of meeting for the week. The place was an ok deal, clean, feels like home and surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and the Queen's Mall was close by. Only thing missing was wifi - to check emails and do work overnight if need be. The place could do with some improvements. Overall, it was a convenient spot in the city.
