This 2-bedroom boathouse accommodates up to 4 guests and offers the following features:

- One full bathroom with a walk-in shower, connecting both bedrooms and featuring a lockable door for privacy.
- A kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.
- A living room with a lounge, coffee table, and Smart TV.
- One parking spot available onsite.
- Gas BBQ grill.
- There is no private dock or boat parking available.
- Air-conditioning is available in the living room. With a powerful 5kW system, it’s more than sufficient to cool the entire home.

● Access involves a long staircase
Guests must descend a significant number of steps to reach the property. It may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or who are travelling with bulky luggage.
● Waterfront location with no fencing
The boathouse is located right on the water’s edge, and the outdoor deck is unfenced. For safety reasons, we do not recommend this property for families with young children.
● Close proximity to neighbors
The property is situated close to neighboring homes; however, the adjacent houses are mostly unoccupied, offering a relatively quiet and private environment.
Parking Information
Please note that we can only guarantee one on-site parking space, and priority will be given to guests staying in the Boathouse. If multiple vehicles arrive at the same time, parking will need to be coordinated based on availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Feel free to enjoy the BBQ! Just a quick reminder to give it a good clean afterwards. If it’s left too messy, we may need to charge a $150 cleaning fee—thanks heaps for keeping things tidy!

Emma and Roger's place is very clean, comfortable and peaceful. It's a really great place to unwind and relax, especially outside on the deck. There are quite a few stairs to get to the property so be mindful of this. We're not the fittest so it took us about 4 minutes to walk down and same going up. But it's worth it! Nice little workout. Also, be prepared to park your car on a steep driveway. If you're not confident backing up or driving into a steep driveway then it's best if you just park on the street.

The boathouse is magnificent. Falling asleep and waking up to water lapping against the dock was delightful. The views across the water to the national park are spectacular. And the jacaranda above the boat house was in full bloom, which was a delight. Comfortable beds, clean surfaces, overall a lovely place to relax.
Beautiful location and very well kept property but as some mentioned just missing a few final touches. The steps are a killer but it’s worth it!
The best part of this stay was the outlook and to be able to come and go from the waterfront on our paddle boards. We were able to fully relax. The place is comfortable with all you need. Our only issue was not having fans or any screens on doors, so mosquitoes were an issue. The stairs are a pinch but worth it for the waterfront.
We really enjoyed our stay at Emma and Roger’s place. It was so peaceful and we felt fully relaxed. The only improvement would be a mirror in the bathroom as there wasn’t one in the property and maybe somewhere to hang your clothes so they didn’t have to stay on the floor.
Fantastic location right on the water! Pack light as there are a lot of steps but well worth it when you get to the deck!

We had a great time staying there so close to beautiful scenery and nature walks. We certainly got a workout from the stairs down to the place but that made it even more secluded. Being so close to the water and wildlife was very nice.
