Noise：. As the property is located in a lively area, some noise from nearby construction and surrounding nightlife venues may be noticeable at times.
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only around 250m walk away.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Pent og romslig rom! Badet skulle hatt mer rengjøring og fant den en del svarte hår i sengen underveis i oppholdet. Ellers var det veldig fint å bo her i kun fem dager.
Friendly and responsive hosts and lovely, neat and tidy room. Great location and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Emma and Roger were very accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay and allowed me to stay an extra night, no problems.
Beds were very comfortable, great view of surfers and the hots were very good at communicating.
No issues overall with the property and hosting itself. The only concern is noise from the bar at adjacent building, music was on past 10pm. Otherwise, clean and very accessible to everything
I had a great stay with Emma & Roger. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick and helpful, and everything I needed was already there. The location was perfect and made the trip really easy. Thank you both for being such great hosts I’d happily stay again.
great place, located in the heart of the cbd, easily accessible to popular landmarks! slightly dark in the rooms, and had an old but clean vibe to it
Super verblijf gehad! We kregen zelfs een early check-in toen we vroeger dan verwacht aankwamen onze valiezen te groot waren voor de lockers. De locatie is top en de kamer was super schoon!
