Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may occasionally be relocated to another apartment of a similar standard and quality. We will always notify guests in advance if relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Construction Notice: There is a construction site next door. At present, it does not block any views, and there is minimal noise during the day. Rest assured, it has not been affecting our guests' comfort.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

An excellent stay! Right in the heart of Brisbane, with everything being super walkable. A real pleasure, and I’ll be staying here again soon I hope! Beautiful views, quiet building, but nestled in the heart of the city, with loads of restaurants and bars within 2 minutes walk. Apartment was very clean and easy to use, with washer/dryer for any laundry, and dishwasher for dishes.

Terrific location if the city and Southbank or an event at the GABBA or Suncorp is your thing. Small but very functional apartment in a clean and modern block. The key is in a lockbox down the road and would be better positioned with the reception downstairs, but this doesn’t diminish the positive attributes of the apartment. Some new and extra towels are needed.

숙소는 새 건물에 있어 시설이 좋고 내부가 청결했습니다. 욕실도 넓고 2명이 지내기에 충분했습니다. 다만 키를 받는 곳이 숙소에서 멀어서 불편했고, 3박을 머물렀는데 1인 당 핸드타올1개, 샤워타올 1개만 제공되었습니다. 호스트에게 수건을 더 요청했지만 3박 4일 동안의 충분한 수건을 제공했다는 자동응답같은 메시지만 보냈습니다. 호텔이 아니기 때문에 수건을 더 제공받으려면 추가금액을 내라고 했습니다. 저는 세계 여러나라에서 에어비앤비를 이용해왔지만 3박 4일을 머무를때 샤워타올 1장만 제공하는 호스트는 본 적이 없습니다. 일주일을 머물러도 타올을 1장만 주는지 궁금하네요. 호스트가 어떤 철학을 가지고 숙소를 운영하는지 모르겠지만 이런 응대는 게스트를 존중하지 않는 태도 같습니다.
