Lovely place right next to the beach - looks exactly like the photos. Beds were comfortable, alongside couches, etc. All electronics (inc in kitchen) worked. The property amenities also were great. The only (slight) criticism would be that having a few 'kitchen basics', such as oil/salt/pepper would be great to avoid having to buy ourselves.
The view of the place was pretty amazing and the host's service and response time was also very prompt!

We loved staying at Emma and Roger's place. The apartment was incredibly spacious and had fantastic views from every window. It's also in a really handy location on the border of Broadbeach with Surfer's. I would definitely recommend this place.
El departamento tiene una vista privilegiada y muy buena ubicación. El jacuzzi de la planta baja está muy bien. Lamentablemente le falta mantenimiento para que sea un lugar perfecto, la limpieza no fue lo que esperaba, sin embargo, resolvimos los problemas y disfrutamos del lugar. Es importante saber que el lugar de recogida de las llaves es en otro lado.

Had a great stay! Incredible views and very close to the beach!! Photos matched the apartment. Only complaints: There is just harsh lighting in the apartment, and to get the keys for the apartment is a 5 minute drive away from the apartment- so plan to add a stop in the uber.
