Extras: We provide professional hotel-quality linen and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply). Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: No parking is included with this apartment. Guests may use the paid public parking facilities located at the neighbouring shopping centre.

Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after 9:00 PM, please notify us in advance. Key collection is located approximately a 5-minute walk from the property.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Guest access

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- Indoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna room on level 1
- Fully equipped fitness center on level 1

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to maintenance and repair conducted by the Body Corporate.

We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.
