This apartment is in a great location near to South Brisbane rail station and the wonderful parks alongside side the river. The apartment itself is spacious, with the added bonus of a decent sized outdoor balcony. It also has all you need to make breakfast and evening meals if you so please. It felt very secure and was peaceful inside with no excessive noise. Great swimming pool and BBQ area as well as being within easy walking distance of a few supermarkets and reasonable priced restaurants. If you’re coming from the airport the train goes direct from the terminal and it’s then no more than a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Great communication with the host who gave proactive advice which proved most helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property if you are visiting Brisbane and want to be close to the main attractions & transport links without the noise of being in apartment by all the late bars and clubs.

The location and accessibility to places we needed to go was excellent and just what we were looking for.
The property was as described, host were great at communication BUT I booked for 6 weeks and the unit probably isn’t really set up for such a long stay. There were no cleaning products except for a dust pan and brush. Being such a long stay it really needed a vacuum on the carpet and a mop. I did communicate with host and they supplied a large dustpan/brush that I used as a broom. The cupboard in the bedroom is all hanging, there are no storage shelves at all, so I lived out of my suitcase for 6 weeks. It was great for what I needed, in a decent area, close to every thing especially grocery stores. Just lacked a few things for longer stays.
My family and I enjoyed staying here. Emma and John kept in communication with me and solved all my queries in a fast way. We had a nice view from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed ( including washing machine and dryer) I'll definitely recommend and would love to stay whenever I'm back in Brisbane. Thank you Emma and John.

This apartment and location was perfect for our needs. Easy walking distance to great restaurants, South Bank, public transport, etc. The apartment was exactly as described. Check in details were thorough and easy to follow. The complex was quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable, so we had a great sleep. Our only problem was we booked and paid for three people but only had access to two towels, so had to share towels for our two night stay. We requested access to a locked box that contained a third towel and sheets for the sofa bed but didn’t receive a response. Would definitely stay again, with confirmation of access to towels
