Other things to note

Respect the Property – Please treat our home with care and leave it clean upon check-out. Do not move furniture, and report any damages during your stay.
Cleaning Fees – An extra cleaning fee may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or untidy.
Food Restrictions – To maintain a fresh atmosphere, please avoid consuming strongly scented foods like durian or curry inside the apartment.
Quiet Hours – Keep noise levels low between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.
No Parties or Events – Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction and a $300 fee for any evidence of such activities.
No Pets – To ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed.
Lockout Assistance – A $100 fee applies for lockout assistance between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot assist after 10 p.m.
Lost Key Fee – A $200 fee will be charged for lost keys to cover the replacement cost.
No Illegal Substances – The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction, contact with authorities, and forfeiture of rental fees.
Building Facilities – Access to shared amenities may be limited due to maintenance. Please follow on-site rules and schedules.

very good stay in a very nice apartment close to the city's main attractions & restaurants. Very well helped with detailed information about parking and the apartment. I was able to use the swimming pool and sauna with great pleasure during my stay. I’ll be back next time I’ll hang out in Brissy. I’ll recommend this apartment, the view, the mattress, the facilities of the residence & the location. Thanks Emma for everything …very reactive and nice

Good size single apartment. Bed was super comfy new mattress. Nicely appointed kitchen and fridge and a spacious sized shower and toilet. Added bonus was the outdoor balcony area providing extra area to entertain. overall a great stay with Emma and Roger.
