Noise：. As the property is located in a lively area, some noise from nearby construction and surrounding nightlife venues may be noticeable at times.
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only around 250m walk away.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

good place to stay. place is what it says it is and looks the same. great location. only thing a bit odd was a noticeable smell when you first walk in but other then that no issues. great stay 🙂
Great little place to stay for a few nights. Walkable to most places in Surfers and right by public transport if wanting to go anywhere else.
Location is very good for the tourists, sea view (through the buildings) from 11th floor, room is big. But the room is a little bit worn and the cleanliness and smell was not the best.

I’ve lived on the Gold Coast my whole life, but sometimes you just need to escape the Hinterland and resurface in Surfers. Broadbeach Primary, Merrimac High — some say I know this area better than most… and that’s putting it lightly. It’s familiar territory for me, and this spot delivered exactly what I needed. Nothing over the top, just solid, smooth sailing. Everything worked, everything fit. I came here to work, reset the mind, and get a change of scenery — and that’s exactly what I got. A good journey, simple as that. Cheers.
