The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. What a joy it was to be able to see that beautiful view of the beach from the windows. We were very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Great location. The apartment is very old from outside but clean and comfortable inside, with an amazing view. Big comfy bed and excellent coffee and pastries downstairs at the grumpy baker.
Good location and value - would recommend
Great location and cute place. Perfect for a weekend beach getaway. Loved getting breakfast from the bakery downstairs and eating in the little nook sunroom overlooking the water.
Nice view walking distance to all the action
I have stayed numerous times in the units in maroubra the complex that is managed by Emma & Roger great location , walking distance to shops n ocean views. beach across the road.. bus stop at door..
Very nice place, and localisation very great
This was our 1st stay at an Airbnb and we didn’t know what to expect in fairness. The location was great and it met our needs for the period that we were there. It overlooks the bay in Maroubra with great views and walks. It was unfortunate that a ‘bomb cyclone’ hit the area during the 4 days that we were there. It was therefore quite cold (and noisy because of the wind) but thankfully the apartment had portable heaters that we were able to make use of to keep warm. We did experience one or two issues at the apartment which we addressed in feedback with the owner but it is fair to say that the owners were very attentive and responsive. They responded to communications within an hour of them being sent. Overall, the apartment (as described by the owner) is an affordable rental and would be a great place to stay, particularly in the summer months. There is a great bakery just outside called the ‘Grumpy Baker’ which is a must for coffee and pastries.
great location. bus stop at door if needed. a variety of restaurants to choose from everything in walking distance.. awesome views of Maroubra Beach I'd definitely stay again

An Airbnb with a great location. You can enjoy beautiful ocean views right by the beach. The location is great, right above an amazing bakery and a short walk to the beach side shops. There is also a bus stop right out the front. Getting a park was a relatively easy. Though if you arrive on a Saturday or Sunday you might have some struggles. The property doesn't have any noise insulation though, so you will hear everything happening on the street. So if you're a light sleeper this is not the property for you. A great place for a quick weekend away.
