Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: No parking is included with this apartment. Paid public parking is available at the neighbouring shopping centre.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after 9:00 PM, please notify us in advance. Key collection is located approximately a 5-minute walk from the property.
Sofa Bed: Use of the sofa bed requires an additional setup fee. Please book for at least 3 guests if you require the sofa bed.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

It’s a great location and easy to communicate with host. I do suspect a slight smell from bathroom but it could be ignored if you close the bathroom door. The bed is cozy but the sofa bed is just a pad so if you require good quality bed it may not satisfy you. In general it’s a good place to stay.
Accomodation was very convenient as it is very close to the train station and also close to all the food places. Had minor issues with keycard not working when we checked in but was resolved. The hosts were great with communication. The lights in the bathroom kept on flickering. The bed was comfortable. Was only in Sydney for a short while so the place overall was a convenient location with great pricing.
