We had a great stay at this place. The property was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location was excellent, close to amenities like a shopping centre, train station and plenty of restaurants, all just a short drive away. It made getting around very easy and convenient. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.

The home was sparkling clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host clearly takes great pride in maintaining the space. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the small details that made our stay feel special. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable apt within walking distance of everything in Parramatta, and with free basement parking. Great place to stay when here for work.
We stayed at Emma and Roger’s Parramatta property for 8 nights and found it to be a good apartment with plenty of space and useful amenities. One thing to note is that the building itself felt a bit less appealing, particularly the very deep and narrow parking area. The parking slot allocated to this unit had a broken mirror behind it. The unit is fully carpeted, so it may not be ideal for guests with sinus sensitivities. The lack of drinking glasses was also a bit troublesome as we had to share 3 mugs among the 4 of us. Some dark spots were left uncleaned in the bathtub, and we also discovered a hole in the sofa. Despite the minor issues, we still had a good stay with 2 kids. Emma and Roger were very responsive to all our questions and requests, which we really appreciated.
