Location is great
Amazing space and location. All the rooms were exactly as described and as seen in the images. The description mentions construction, but we hardly noticed the noise. The location of the resort is the best aspect of it. Its only a 15 minute walk to Surface Paradise where you can walk along the beach. Or the tram station is literally right in front of the entrance of the side gate and with it only being 2 stops from Cavill Avenue, we paid nothing for the 5 minute ride. The only issue we had was trying to get the WiFi to work, but we had no real need to use the internet during our stay anyways. Everything was perfect, we had little reason to need to contact the host but when we did they would respond in a timely manner. They made checking in and out very easy with clear directions and even provided images. 10/10, I will be keeping this location and host in mind next time I am thinking of visiting the Gold Coast.

We really enjoyed our short stay. The apartment was better than anticipated based on photos, there are a few maintenance issues (running toilet, window seals and well worn carpet) but feel the price point reflects that and the construction noise on the new building going up across the road. During our stay there was also roadworks below which made for a couple of very noisy nights. The building complex has lots to offer with a helpful reception, restaurant/bar and pools for the whole family. (Note for families, the hydroslides are only open while a lifeguard is on site, we didn't manage to time it correctly unfortunately but did have a lot of fun in the warmer pools.) Would definitely stay again, the location is great with the beach just a stones throw away and the tram platform right outside the complex.
Emma and Roger are the perfect hosts. They were so relaxed and flexible with any extra request/enquiries I had. The room was actually the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The room is cosy and inviting with plenty of space and windows where you can see the ocean from the kitchen. The facilities and location make it so appealing, especially for a family. I intend to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Check in should be 2pm, getting the key can be alot of troubles on a busy day. The unit is a little bit weathered but still a nice place.
