Welcome to our 3-bedroom holiday home on a quiet and leafy street and family-friendly-oriented neighbourhood. Located in Coburg North, a perfect blend of city living and multicultural environment, and being close to Melbourne city centre, you'll be just a short distance away from a variety of attractions, restaurants, shops, schools, and local amenities.

The space

As you step inside into this traditional house you'll be greeted by the cozy and inviting atmosphere with the living area enveloped in natural light streaming through large-size windows. The flat-screen smart TV in the comforts and warmth of sofas, provide full relaxation after the hectic travelling schedule. Having a rich history spanning more than four decades, our house has received attentive care to details. While you might observe subtle signs of its age in certain areas, be confident that our home is fully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with all the necessary amenities and consumables to provide you with an enjoyable experience.
The property offers good size bedrooms, kitchen area, Laundry room, separate bathroom and toilet and appeal to large family of six adults or those looking for more extra space and to feel home away from home. The all bedrooms feature 3 queen-sized beds, with good quality mattresses, and linens that promise restful and sound sleep in the night. Plenty of storage space and full-sized wardrobes ensures that you can unpack and settle in comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook delicious meal. The complimentary tea/coffee, and sugar ensure that your morning is started with total relaxation.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for your convenience.

Private backyard: One of the standout features of our home is the big outdoor area to unwind throughout the day in your own private backyard. pros and cons. great value, great location, responsive hosts. easy check in but was a little fiddly with multiple keys - took a while to get inside on arrival but no big issue. place had everything required and was clean but is outdated - price reflects this though. main issue was the heating struggled to heat the whole house and bedrooms were very cold. heavy bedding was supplied so made the cold manageable and beds were comfortable. mattress protectors are plastic which made the beds a little sweaty but again a minor complaint. floor in bedroom 2 has a few boards gone under foot. older bathroom but functional with plenty of hot water. if stayingore than a few days is bring my own towels as supplied ones are a little thin. overall it's value for money, don't expect new and modern, it's worth the money and kept clean and tidy.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Emma’s place. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Merlynston train station, which made my commute to the city easy and convenient. My kids loved it too; they’re fascinated by trains, and we could even see them passing from one of the bedrooms. Surprisingly, the noise was minimal and didn’t disturb us at all. The house itself is a charming old home—warm, comfortable, and with just the right amount of space for the four of us. A big bonus was the spacious backyard, perfect for the kids to run around and play. There’s also a lovely park with a playground just a couple of houses down the road, which was perfect for the children. Everyday conveniences were close by as well, with a café, convenience store, and post office all within easy reach. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, offering a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It was the perfect spot for us to unwind and spend quality family time together.

All in all, for the price it’s pretty good. Floor is on a lean, but three bedrooms large beds, warm and comfortable. Sure the bathroom is a bit tired, but certainly fit for purpose with lovely hot water. Towels could need a refresh, but it’s an adequate space for a good price. With the station close and that coffee place around the corner, btw they serve amazing breakfast. Wifi is fantastic.

Certainly nothing flash and certainly needs some good TLC but did the job for us to be close to family and was clean and tidy. Responsive hosts. Only real critique is that the yard was not useable due to being very overgrown, and the kitchen isn’t very well equipped and the pots and pans aren’t sufficient in size for the number of people it sleeps, so cooking was a bit tricky to manage.
