This is a self-contained apartment featuring two comfortable bedroom, we can 4 guests in this apartment. We will provide bedding for the reservation.

Friendly tip:
The TV doesn’t have regular channels, but you can watch Netflix and other streaming services by logging in with your own account.
Air conditioning, there are cooling air conditioner in living room and dinning area. Also, there is gas heating throughout the room.
Please note that the room has two fireplaces, but both are decorative only and not functional.

Highchair and Portable Cot on Request
A highchair and one portable cot are available for our little guests upon request. The cot comes with a soft base only, no additional mattress, linens, or bedding are provided. Please note that availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Thank you for a lovely stay at Manderley. The building is old and full of character, but inside is modern, lush, and comfortable. Most importantly for me, the location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to Leura Mall, and a short drive to surrounding towns and walks.

Warm & cosy place for 4 people to stay. Emma was very kind & easy to talk whenever I have a question. It was raining when we were staying so musty smell occured but very easy to ventilate. Would love to come back next time when we come back to Leura.

A little slice of paradise in the cutest town. we loved spending the night here after a long day of walking in the Blue Mountains. Very comfortable beds, gorgeous building and surroundings. We should have stayed longer !

Thank you Emma and Roger - we really enjoyed our stay at Manderley. It was perfect for our family of four - great location (quiet but also very near to Leura mall), comfortable and we loved the luxurious amenities such as spa bath, very comfy bedding and linen, stylish period furnishings and great kitchen and of course Netflix. The heating worked very nicely in the chilly evenings.

Nice house in a great location. A few minutes walk to everything in Leura but still quiet and peaceful. We had four adults staying and it was more than big enough for all of us. We had an issue where the electrics kept fusing but the hosts were very responsive in trying to deal with it.

I have stayed once before it is lovely, my only feedback would be for better pillows. Also a bit too many messages around the same information especially when traveling with limited wifi/phone connection. Very handy with parking and close to everything
