Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: One secure onsite parking space is included with this apartment (maximum vehicle height: 2.1 m).
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is just a 8-minute walk from your building entrance and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:
'The River deck' on Level 4 features a gym, outdoor yoga and relaxation area, children's playground, pool, sauna, spa, and outdoor BBQ.
Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance, or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).

Pros: Good layout and views from all rooms and balcony. Swap lounge and TV to enjoy view while sitting. Great proximity to Queens Street and South Bank. Can walk everywhere with ease. Host was very responsive and helpful. Pool and gym were good. Pool is indoors and heated, so was great for our winter stay. Cons: Bedroom 1 (master) is a queen mattress (measured). Bedroom 2 has the king size. This was a bit frustrating as 2 adults shared the master bedroom for the space and wardrobe etc. Swap bed size in listing for accuracy. One set of keys is a bit inconvenient. South facing balcony and apartment, so no sun. Bright in bedrooms even with curtains shut at night due to bright lights flashing on buildings close by (W Hotel) and not full black out drapes. Noisy with expressway just outside. Bring ear plugs for sleeping. Overall a good stay. Highly recommend. Thanks for having us.

In good location close to Southbank and Queen St mall. Apartment is a good size with all amenities included. Nice view of Brisbane River. Check out process of having to return keys to to a shop around the corner after taking car out of carpark is a bit cumbersome as you need to drive around the block to get there and park in a loading zone.

We had a great stay. Very convenient location. Great communication from host. Only hiccup was the bag drop off - would recommend booking this in advance if you have an early arrival time into Brisbane, especially for international visitors. Would recommend.

A lovely unit in great position, with wonderful Brisbane river views. Spotless and clean, full kitchen facilities. The process for check in is a little intense with collection of keys off site but the information provided by the owners is very thorough. Check in at 3pm is always a little disappointing, esp with a 10am check out. 2pm is much better suited esp for younger families. Great unit, wonderful Brisbane location and we hope to stay again.
