As you step inside into this traditional spacious house with 10” ceilings throughout, you'll be greeted by the cozy and inviting atmosphere with the living area enveloped in natural light streaming through large-size windows. The flat-screen smart TV in the comforts and warmth of leather sofas, provides full relaxation after a hectic travelling schedule. Having a rich history spanning more than four decades, our house has received attentive care to details. While you might observe subtle signs of its age in certain areas, be confident that our home is fully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with all the necessary amenities and consumables to provide you with an enjoyable experience.

The property offers large bedrooms, a kitchen area, a Laundry room, a separate bathroom and toilet and appeal to large families or those looking for more extra space and to feel a home away from home. The spacious bedrooms feature 3 queen-sized beds, and 2 single beds with good-quality mattresses, and linens that promise restful and sound sleep in night. Plenty of storage space and full-sized wardrobes ensures that you can unpack and settle in comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook a delicious meal. The complimentary tea/coffee and sugar ensure that your morning is started with total relaxation.

The big backyard offer a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the urban environment. backyard provides ample space for kids to play and enjoy the natural environment in this urban
living.

The bus stop is 2-min stroll for Bus Route No. 903 for access to Westfield shopping center, and Sydney Road, 10-minutes’ walk to Coburg Train Station for the Upfield train line that connects directly to the Melbourne CBD, Southern Cross Railway Station and Interstate Bus Terminal, plus, a 5-minute stroll to local grocery stores, bakeries, and cafes, and Tram Route No 58 from the cnr of Bell Street & Melville Road for Melbourne CBD, and 15 min walk to Sydney Road

It is a difficult area to get a booking for more than two people. The rooms were spacious and clean. As per advert, there is no parking at the property, but we were able to find some in the surrounding block. Being on a main road, the two front bedrooms do have traffic noise overnight. While house is a little dated, it was immaculate and clean. Correspondence with Emma was quick, friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect for a family with kids needing space to spread out and within easy walking distance of buses, trains and local shops. Awesome nature reserve with flying fox just down the road!

A great place to stay! The house is well taken care of and presented well. The location was within walking distance to local shops, tram, bus and Train station to take you straight into the city. The cars are loud being on the Main Street but we knew this as it is well advertised. We found it was just in the front rooms of the house and we weren’t bothered by this and the cars couldn’t be heard in the rest of the house. We felt very comfortable and at home while stayed here and would look to stay here again. Huge thank you to our hosts who are very responsive and delightful to deal with.

With three double beds and two singles, this is a good budget option if you have a crew of friends visiting Melbourne for an event. It's on older unrenovated house and would be a bit cold in the middle of winter, but everything was clean and functional. It's very convenient to both the inner North and the airport. Bell St is a busy road, so if you think the noise will worry you then bring ear plugs if you're sleeping in one of two front rooms. The beds were very comfortable; and the linen, towels and blankets all nice and clean.
