We can host a maximum of 4 guests, It is a fantastic place to stay in Leura and features:
- First bedroom with a double bed
- second bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet
- 1 living room with a sofa and a smart TV
- outdoor decking around the cottage with outdoor furniture
- 1 full-size kitchen including a fridge, a gas cooktop, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.
- 2 parking spots next to the building and also on the driveway
- There is an air conditioning unit in the living room, and fans are available in the bedrooms.
- Backyard is not available for guest use.
- Please note that the gas heater is available from April to September every year.
- There is a CCTV installed at the property and facing the main entrance.
This house would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break in Leura.

Only had issues with TV which should be fixed.
Great location for visiting the Blue Mountains around Leura and Katoomba. It was a bit tricky going down the track to the cottage but worth it, the nearby freeway noise was easily ignored. Very clean and facilities were excellent. Great shower, bathroom and kitchen, plus the living room area was well set out. Beds were very comfy. As with other guests, we had issues with the WiFi and TV but that did not deter from our enjoyment of our visit to the cottage and local area. I would definitely recommend.

It was a great experience. The house was clean and in a great location.
Had a lovely little stay at Emma & Roger’s, with lots of guidance in finding the property with lots of additional info, it was a smooth check in. We arrived and the location was so beautiful and peaceful. The balcony was our favourite, we had two rainbow Lorikeets land in the morning whilst we had a cup of tea, it was so peaceful and such a beautiful outlook. Everything was clean and cosy. Fresh towels and clean shower room. A short drive away from the centre of charming Leura and Katoomba where we went for dinner, we had spent the day at the Blue Mountains which is 10minutes away by car, just ideal as we had our children with us. We choose their place as we wanted something that gave us see where that felt hidden away and authentic and this absolutely delivered. Thank you both so much!

Cute little place well equipped, beautiful views and widlife. Fitted sheets needed for the kids bedroom, otherwise they end up sleeping on the mattress. The TV did not work due to poor Internet connection, which did not bother us but be prepared! Occasional train noise overnight but given the proximity to the highway it is pretty quiet.
