This one-bedroom apartment is situated within the Mantra Chatswood building, conveniently positioned adjacent to the Chatswood Interchange. You can simply cross the street to access the bus, train, and metro stations. Chatswood is affectionately referred to as "the center of the world" by the locals. Additionally, you can easily walk to Chatswood Chase and Westfield Chatswood Shopping Centres.

The space

The one-bedroom apartment is also situated in the bustling business district and in close proximity to The Concourse, which serves as the cultural hub of the North Shore and is renowned as one of Sydney’s top entertainment venues.

This apartment can host a maximum of 2 guests

The stylish self-contained apartment features:
- Living area with a sofa bed and dining area
(Please note, there is an extra cost to use the sofa bed)
- Full kitchen with stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher
- Bedroom with a Queen size bed, closet, and TV
- Bathroom with shower over a bath.
- Laundry with washing machine and dryer

The check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you arrive after 9 pm, please inform us.

There is a reverse cycle central air conditioning unit that is thermostat-controlled.

• There is NO PARKING available with us. Please find a space in the shopping mall next to the building.

• Professional hotel linen and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3 day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

Guest access

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- Indoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna room on level 1
- Fully equipped fitness center on level 1

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to maintenance and repair conducted by the Body Corporate.

Other things to note

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

I enjoyed my stay . The host was very responsive and supportive. In fact she helped us a lot by agreeing for early check -in . I would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a place close to city. The transport , shops , food courts, super markets are very accessible from the apartment.

great location 5 mins walk to Chatswood interchange. location is ok in term of cleanliness , just close to a lot of buildings , so no views really. Big apartment with all the amenities you need eg washer , dryer, dishwasher , large bathroom a few issues , like leaking plumbing , which was resolved very quickly. some stains on the carpet , and sticky patches here and there. host was responsive and accepting of feedback. would have appreciated clearer and consistent check out instructions - the auto email says one thing, but the host says another. all in all, very convenient for business and I think I would stay again.

Location is great, very close to the station and shops. The room and facilities are somewhat out of date. Nevertheless it is generally well kept and cleaned. The host is polite and responsive.

The location of the one-bedroom unit was ideal for us. The unit is spacious, quiet and very clean. It is a well-kept unit. We stayed there for 10 nights. There are so many varieties of food outlets in easy walking distance, that we chose to eat out each night. We will definitely recommend it to others, and we will stay there again when the need arises.

This accommodation is clean and everything is well-organized. The location is excellent — very, very close to the station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. While the provided amenities are minimal, they do include laundry detergent, basic kitchenware, dish soap, and essentials for showering. What I appreciated the most was the location and the surrounding environment. If I visit Sydney again, I would definitely want to stay here again.
