This cosy and beautifully furnished Glenelg townhouse offers a warm, inviting atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The master bedroom provides ample comfort, while the second bedroom features a private balcony. With two private car parks and just a 5-minute walk to Glenelg Beach, Jetty Road shopping, cafes, and restaurants, this home offers both comfort and convenience for an ideal escape!

The space

Whether you want to explore the beautiful Glenelg Beach, relax in the cosy surroundings of this townhouse, or enjoy quality time with family and friends, this vacation rental offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

This is a self-contained home with three bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. We provide bedding for the number of guests booked.

Ground Floor:

Spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch TV — ideal for relaxing after a day out.
The combined dining and lounge space includes a dining table, a cozy fireplace (available May to November), and an additional small sofa for extra comfort.
Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials for preparing meals

Second Floor:

Master Suite 1: Queen bed, ensuite with shower, and a TV, plus a small enclosed balcony
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, ideal for families or friends
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, desk, and access to a private balcony with outdoor furniture
Main bathroom with both shower and bath

There is a centralised air conditioning system with cooling and heating available to the living room and all bedrooms.

A charming courtyard with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink.

Car Parks:
Garage with space for two cars, height limit around 2m.
We provide a selection of board games and books to keep you entertained during your stay.

The open-plan living space with plenty of natural light, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge and dining area, makes this townhouse a great place to unwind and connect after a day of exploring Glenelg. It’s always nice to have a cosy and welcoming space to return to after a long day out and about.

Guest access

The townhouse is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Adelaide Airport, making your arrival and departure easy. The Glenelg Tram stop is a short walk away, offering a direct route to Adelaide’s CBD. Several bus stops nearby provide easy access to surrounding suburbs and city attractions. For those driving, the property offers two private carparks in the garage, ensuring convenient and secure parking during your stay.

• CCTV outside the property.
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $500 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our townhouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.

The home was lovely, secure and private. The kitchen needs just a few more basic utensils. The beds were excellent and had lovely linen. Great car parking space. Excellent location. I would stay again.

Well located property in the thick of everything Glenelg has to offer. Great airconditioning and plenty of hot water! Also has off-street parking, high enough to fit a full size 4WD - a rarity in Glenelg Kitchen utensils a bit light on, but have suggested a few things to the managers to resolve that.

Emma and Roger's place is a great base for a family visiting Glenelg - 2 large bedrooms and a third great for children. The house has everything you need and is only a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Jetty Road.

Very beautiful and clean townhouse. Before we arrived, their water pipe broke. Emma & Roger contacted us immediately, they had the pipe fixed and house was all cleaned within 2 hours of our arrival and even refunded some of our cost for the inconvenience. Fabulous hosts. Had an amazing time. We will definitely stay there again.

This place was just perfect for our trip to Adelaide for Gather Round weekend, to celebrate a family birthday! Glenelg is a fantastic area and the house was incredible! Emma and Roger were exceptionally helpful and considerate, providing clear and easy to understand instructions and also giving many helpful tips and recommendations! An absolutely easy 5 star stay!
