This cosy and beautifully furnished Glenelg townhouse offers a warm, inviting atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The master bedroom provides ample comfort, while the second bedroom features a private balcony. With two private car parks and just a 5-minute walk to Glenelg Beach, Jetty Road shopping, cafes, and restaurants, this home offers both comfort and convenience for an ideal escape!

This is a self-contained home with three bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. We provide bedding for the number of guests booked.

Ground Floor:

Spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch TV — ideal for relaxing after a day out.
The combined dining and lounge space includes a dining table, a cozy fireplace (available May to November), and an additional small sofa for extra comfort.
Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials for preparing meals
Laundry with washing machine and iron facilities

Second Floor:

Master Suite 1: Queen bed, ensuite with shower, and a TV, plus a small enclosed balcony
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, ideal for families or friends
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, desk, and access to a private balcony with outdoor furniture
Main bathroom with both shower and bath

There is a centralised air conditioning system with cooling and heating available to the living room and all bedrooms.

A charming courtyard with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink.

Garage with space for two cars, height limit around 2m.
We provide a selection of board games and books to keep you entertained during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Emma and Roger’s property in Glenelg. The home was spotless, charming, and perfectly suited to our needs as a family of six. The beds were comfortable, with ample bedding provided. The location is five-star - just a short walk to Jetty Road and the stunning Glenelg Beach. There’s also a Coles supermarket, as well as restaurants, cafés, and retail stores nearby. The kids especially appreciated the board games, Netflix subscription, and Wi-Fi. We will definitely look to stay here again in the near future.

Our stay started out bumpy, as the house had not been cleaned when we arrived. However, Emma and Roger and their team worked through it and helped resolve the situation. While not an ideal way to start, the rest of our stay was wonderful. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was beyond excellent! The beds were comfortable, the washing machine worked well, plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. we loved the private courtyard as well. I do believe that our issue with the cleaners was a one off situation and not at all typical of this Airbnb. After leaving we had an issue arise with an item we left, and they were extremely helpful. We would stay here again!

Extremely well presented townhouse in a very beautiful, convenient location. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Emma & Roger had been nothing short of accommodating from our booking till checkout. We will definitely recommend their townhouse to friends and family looking for a beachside get away.
