Welcome to Crown Tower in Surfers Paradise. We're excited to offer you a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. Our games room is perfect for indoor entertainment, while our BBQ area is great for outdoor gatherings. Take a dip in our heated indoor pool or our lagoon pool, or let the kids splash around in our heated outdoor kids' pool with a pirate ship and waterslide. Our children's play area provides a safe and fun environment for your little ones.

The space

This three-bedroom apartment is located on level 15 and can host a maximum of 6 guests

The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite with bath and walk-in shower (a small stair), and an air conditioner
- 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a pedestal fan.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ( customer can push them together) and an air conditioner
- 1 living room with a smart TV, sofa, dining area, and air conditioner
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower (a small stair) and toilet
- 1 full-size kitchen with stove, fridge, oven and dishwasher etc.
- 1 balcony with ocean view.
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer

Free parking is available in the building's basement with a height limit of 2.1m

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

Please note that the facilities including Indoor Pool, Gym, Indoor Spa and Steam & Sauna will be closed for maintenance works from 07.05.2025 for 2 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The building's exceptional amenities provide a relaxing escape following a day of exploring the local area. You'll have complete access to all of the amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, a lagoon pool, a heated outdoor children's pool, a children's play area with a pirate ship and waterslide, an indoor and outdoor spa, a sauna, a gym, a games room, and a BBQ area. Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.

Other things to note

This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip in GC.

• Please note that there is currently a construction site next to the building, and some noise may be present during the day. Closing the windows can help minimize the impact.
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m-5 p.m, a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

We loved our stay. Unfortunately, we had some issues and confusion with check-in and the cleaners, but the apartment itself was lovely and comfortable, and it was in a fantastic location to Surfers. We would definitely stay again.

The unit was great, and Emma and Roger are lovely. I would say the only issue we had was only 1 key being provided for 6 people, this made it very hard to manage everyone’s interests and schedules resulting in missing out on doing some activities we had wanted to do.
