The building's exceptional amenities provide a relaxing escape following a day of exploring the local area. You'll have complete access to all of the amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, a lagoon pool, a heated outdoor children's pool, a children's play area with a pirate ship and waterslide, an indoor and outdoor spa, a sauna, a gym, a games room, and a BBQ area. Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.
We had a lovely stay with our family. The property view from your apartment was beautiful. The location is fantastic – so close to Cavill Avenue – and the pool and spa were definitely highlights of the property. We would absolutely love to come back again.
Great location, close to shops, pubs, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The heated swimming pool stays open late, which our kids absolutely loved for a relaxing night swim after a big day out. The host was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended for families with children. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing was the 3 pm check-in felt a bit late, and picking up the key from a different place was a bit of a hassle.

Emma and Roger were very helpful and communicated quickly. Proximity to beach and Surfers Paradise was excellent! Very suitable for our family - including teenagers and young child. Lots of fabulous things to do in walking distance - restaurants, beach, beach-side markets, Coles, night-life in Surfers etc. The only down-sides were the key collection (off-site) and deposit process for a second set of keys. Plus, the noisy construction over the road; however, the owners had honestly forewarned us of the potential construction noise, prior to our booking. Overall, was a fabulous holiday destination - with doors shut and air-conditioning turned on. Would definitely book again! Thanks Emma and Roger!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your apartment. It was in an excellent location and the apartment was large and spacious which was perfect for our family of 5. Easy walk to beach, cafes and shopping and thank you for advising the availability of a secondary key for our older son who caught up with friends separately. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the construction next door, I know it is out of your control which was unfortunate, it just meant we couldn't have our sliding doors open or use the balconies due to noise. Otherwise we all loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! Thank you 😊

Overall, this is a commendable establishment, and I would gladly recommend it. However, I must express my disappointment regarding two key issues: the limited availability of only one parking space and the malfunction of the induction cooktop.
