The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
The flat was lovely, clean and well located. Whilst we had an issue with check-in and ended up having to wait, the host was apologetic and offered us a late checkout.

Great apartment in an excellent location, central to Canberra CBD. Easy to walk everywhere. Carpark space is 4 levels down and would be hard to fit a large car. There was not enough linen for the cold weather but hosts were very helpful to provide an extra blanket. Overall a great apartment.

This apartment is centrally located. There is nothing that you can’t easily access from here. It’s clean & having 2 bathrooms is great. The hosts were very communicative & we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are needing to be close to ANU and city.

Great location and very nice apartment. Picking up the keys was fairly straight forward, however there is limited parking near the pickup location. We could not use the allocated car spot at the apartment as there was a car parked in it already when we arrived. Overall happy with our stay and would recommend staying here despite the parking hiccup.
