This studio is situated within the Mantra Chatswood building, conveniently positioned adjacent to the Chatswood Interchange. You can simply cross the street to access the bus, train, and metro stations. Chatswood is affectionately referred to as "the center of the world" by the locals. Additionally, you can easily walk to Chatswood Chase and Westfield Chatswood Shopping Centres.

The space

The studio is also situated in the bustling business district and in close proximity to The Concourse, which serves as the cultural hub of the North Shore and is renowned as one of Sydney’s top entertainment venues.

This apartment can host a maximum of 4 guests

The stylish self-contained apartment features:
- living area with a Queen bed (Combined with 2 singles, no separate), a double-size sofa bed, and TV.
(Please note, there is an extra cost to use the sofa bed)
- Bathroom with shower over a bath.
- Laundry with washing machine

The check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you arrive after 9 pm. Please must inform us.

There is a Smart TV, a fridge, a microwave, and blackout curtains in the unit. There is a reverse cycle central air conditioning unit that is thermostat-controlled.

• There is NO PARKING available with us. Please find a space in the shopping mall next to the building.
*Please use the building guest wifi.

• Professional hotel linen and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3 day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

Guest access

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- Indoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna room on level 1
- Fully equipped fitness center on level 1

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to maintenance and repair conducted by the Body Corporate.

Other things to note

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

This space is a privately owned studio apartment in a hotel building (it seems to be a converted hotel room). It was quiet, very clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for two of us. The small uncluttered kitchenette had everything we needed to make coffee/tea, heat things in the microwave and refrigerate items. Excellent location if you need to be near public transportation - just a 2 minute walk to the train station, and several places to eat nearby (not to mention many stores and shopping centers). Hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. They provided thorough instructions for key pickup and clear house rules. Key pickup is in another building, so note you'll have to take your luggage with you to get the key, as there is no luggage storage at the hotel.

I stayed at this accommodation recently and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The property is well-maintained, clean, and located in a convenient area. The space was just as described in the listing, and everything I needed for a short stay was mostly provided. However, when I reached out to the host with questions about nearby parking and luggage storage options, I was simply advised to look up the information. While I understand hosts may not always have all the answers, a bit more effort or guidance on their part would have made my stay smoother. If these minor gaps in hospitality are addressed, this could easily become a five-star stay. For now, I’d recommend this place if you’re a self-sufficient traveler who doesn’t mind figuring out these small logistics independently.
