Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom: Features 1 Queen Bed.
Extra Bed: A double-size pull-out sofa bed is available in the living room for extra guests. To request this bed, please ensure your reservation is made for 3 or 4 guests. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional cost for bedding and must be booked for the entire stay.
Living & Dining
Open-Plan Living: An integrated space featuring a sofa (sofa bed), dining table, and a TV.
Private Balcony: Accessible from the living area with outdoor furniture and a spectacular ocean view.
Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Free basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no allocated spaces; parking cannot be reserved and is not guaranteed, especially during peak season.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only a 2-minute walk away, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction across the street which is nearing completion. Some intermittent noise may occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise disturbance.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The stunning views were a real highlight, and having secure parking made it even more convenient. The location was excellent, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and a tram stop right out the front for easy access to the city. We also really enjoyed the fantastic amenities, including the pool, gym, and rooftop BBQ area, which made for some memorable dinners with an amazing view. We loved our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The view was incredible from this 19th floor unit. The amenities were as described. The GC tram, almost directly outside, with 50 cent fares, was great. The unit unfortunately was not 100% clean, curtains were stained and hanging off the hooks and the toilet brush and its surrounding area was very grubby. I immediately sent pics to the Hosts when we arrived but nothing was done during our 10 night stay to rectify these issues. The hosts were very helpful when the internet router stopped working. Be aware that there are very few restaurants or shops close by, and the construction noise from the building next door starts about 7am Monday to Saturday, which the Hosts of course have no control over. Smoking is allowed on the balconies which sucks when you're on the unit directly above. Despite this, we still give an overall 5 star rating, we loved it faced north yet views to the east and west were just as amazing.

Great place to stay, good location and apartment has everything you need. Beautiful views. Only challenge could be parking, even though it’s included it’s first come first serve and limited outside parking near by. Amenities are all present but would say it’s basic quality (but does the job).

Emma and Roger’s was the loveliest place! the apartment sits right by the beach, giving an amazing view of the ocean. The apartment was also really clean and well-stocked. The neighbourhood is also really peaceful, quaint and gorgeous! definitely will stay again!
