This designer three ensuites split-level townhouse is nestled right next to Hyde Park, St Mary’s Cathedral, and the Australian Museum, only a short stroll away from the Sydney CBD, and the iconic suburbs of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst. This townhouse is minutes away from all the top-tier restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries, shops, and Sydney Tower. It is also minutes away from Sydney’s business district of Wynyard, town hall, and Barangaroo.

The space

This townhouse is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance.

We can host a maximum of 6 guests, It features the:

- Complementary tea bag and instant coffee provided
- We provide a capsule coffee machine with a welcome pack of capsules.
- Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

* We do not provide parking space. There are a few street parking near the building.
* You must climb a few stairs to access the unit, and all bedrooms are on the second floor.

To provide more availability in the peak season, sometimes we may need to relocate you to another apartment with the same quality rooms. We will notify you if we need to move you to another apartment.

The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.

We use it as our main communication method with every guest.

If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.

Other things to note

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

Perfect place to stay Sydney! Located in a great spot from which it is easy to walk around the city, the property itself is absolutely lovely. It was modern, clean and comfortable (as well as beautiful!) and my family loved our stay here. Very friendly and communicative hosts as well!

This is a modern terrace house, brand new and really spacious for the location. We loved having three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a guest toilet downstairs. The kitchen and dining space was really generous (even had a walk-in pantry) and literally everything in the place was new. What we loved was that it was clean, secure and finished to the highest standard. It was as quiet as that location could be (you'll hear the occasional siren or street noise and there are units above so the rare footstep) but for a spot literally off William Street we were blown away by how quiet it was. Would absolutely stay there again with a group of friends.

The location is perfect, walking distance to Westfield mall, St Mary's Cathedral, Sydney Museum, Syndey Opera House, etc. The place is exactly as shown on the photos, very spacious, modern and sparkling clean. Jack, the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful, always onsite answering our questions. Would definitely stay again when coming back to Sydney.
