This apartment is minutes away from all the top-tier restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries, shops, and Sydney Tower. It is also minutes away from Sydney’s business district of Wynyard, town hall, and Barangaroo.

The space

This 3-bedroom townhouse is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance.

We can host a maximum of 6 guests, It features the:

* You must climb a few stairs to access the unit, and all bedrooms are on the second floor.

To provide more availability in the peak season, sometimes we may need to relocate you to another apartment with the same quality rooms. We will notify you if we need to move you to another apartment.

The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.

We use it as our main communication method with every guest.

If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.

Other things to note

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

The best accommodation experience I’ve had in Sydney. The room is modern and minimalist in design, and the surroundings are very quiet, making for an excellent living experience. Located in the city center, it’s convenient to get to any landmark. The price is reasonable. The only thing to note is that parking is not provided. You can park on nearby streets, but finding a spot during peak times can still be a challenge. 9.5/10.

The Sandringham Townhouse is an absolute beauty! The interior was gorgeous and one of the most beautiful houses that we've stayed in. Place was very spacious with each room having its own ensuite and a large living and dining area. Location is very convenient and walkable to most attractions as well. Would definitely recommend!

Emma&Roger’s Darlinghurst apartment was well furnished, spacious and clean. It was extremely well located, being round the corner from Hyde park and the Australian museum, meaning the CBD was just a short walk away. Communication with the host was clear and responsive. The apartment was perfect for our annual catchup with our friends from interstate. Three bedrooms and three perfect bathrooms just what we wanted. The location was excellent, in the heart of Sydney City. Trains and busses at the door. We walked the City in every direction, and even us as locals, had a great stay. Bus outside the door took us to Bondi, where the walk to Coogee was enhanced by the Sculptures by the Sea. Check out was easy, and in all, a great stay.
