Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed (configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated).
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for AUD $50 per night, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The building offers superior facilities, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the local areas. You will have full access to these amenities, but please register with the reception before use.

Emma and Roger were great hosts with easy check in instructions and friendly communication. The property was perfectly located for our purpose to visit and we had everything we needed. There are a few maintenance items that require attention - but they were not stopping us from enjoying our stay. Would definitely return.

We had a long term booking of 35 days, and this apartment met all our requirements. The location is great, the condition of the aparment was fine, there is some wear and tear and some floor board damage in the lounge. The shower had good water pressure. Beds are a personal preference, we personally like a firm matress, although the matress on the king bed was soft it ended up being pretty comfortable and gave a great nights sleep. The apartment is well equipped for a longer stay. The aircon was not functioning. Luckily we do not normally use aircon and with the cooler weather we did not need it. The work from home space was great and wifi stength good. No change of linen or towels during our stay. We made use of the washer and dryer. Overall it was a great stay, thanks Emma and Roger for being great hosts.
