My stunning apartment is a resort-style accommodation located just 100 m from the golden sands of Surfers Paradise Beach on the Gold Coast. It has a spectacular ocean view and is a great choice for travelers interested in relaxation, food, and theme parks. There is so much to do and see in Australia's most celebrated destination - Surfers Paradise, such as award-winning restaurants, bars festivals, and endless golden beaches.

The space

This apartment is located on level 31 and pictures on Airbnb are taken in the unit.

We can host a maximum of 4 guests in this unit. The stylish self-contained apartment has a stunning ocean view and features

- a bedroom with a King bed (combined 2 bases) and TV
- a living room with a TV and a sofa bed ( There is an extra cost to use the sofa bed..)
- a well-functioned kitchen with a dining table
- a bathroom with a walking shower and toilet
- a laundry with a washing machine and dryer
- a balcony with outdoor furniture and an ocean view.

The air conditioning unit is available in the living room and bedroom.
There is a 50mbps speed WiFi available

There are free parking on-premises. The car park cannot be reserved AND FIRST COMES FIRST RESERVES. Due to availability, the car park can not be guaranteed in the peak season.

To provide more availability in the peak season, sometimes we may need to relocate you to another apartment with the same quality rooms. We will notify you if we need to move you to another apartment. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any questions regarding your booking.

The following we provide may interest you:
• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
• Instant coffee and tea bags;
• A double-size pull-out sofa bed for extra guests (Sofa bed bedding will be provided at extra cost).

Guest access

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:
- BBQ facilities, guest lounge, and terrace
- Outdoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna room
- Fully equipped fitness center and rooftop terrace

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

Other things to note

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m-5 p.m, a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

Unbeatable ocean views for sunrise and sunset. That was the highlight! Everything else was as expected. The kitchen did not come stocked with olive oil, salt and pepper, but we didn’t end up cooking at home so it wasn’t a problem. The bathroom comes with a small bottle of body wash so we recommend bringing your own if you’re staying >2 nights. Otherwise a fantastic apartment in a great, quiet location. We were very happy with our stay!

Ocean and city view ard 10/10. Great balcony space. Pool/Spa/Sauna is great. The apartment itself is very basic - no cushions on couches and no smart TV. If you’re spending minimal time in the room and exploring outside it would suit, if you’re looking for luxury and comfort inside there may be better options elsewhere.

Beautiful views which are worth the money, interior was clean and matched the description. Windows were a bit dirty though on the outside. Since I paid for the view would like to have them clean. Also had to wait over an hour trying to do the check in as the lock box hadn’t been configured correctly. They did offer a late check out to compensate.
