Emma and Roger had excellent communication. We had a bit of trouble finding the key pickup point as it’s difficult to park and the dropped pin on the map wasn’t exactly clear. The swipe was also broken which meant carrying keys and an extra tab wherever we went. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and perfect for our family of four. Parking was easy and convenient- right next to the lift. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking easy meals and there was a good amount of bedding to stay warm. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was my least favourite part. Having two bathrooms made up for it though. Overall a lovely, clean apartment - great location and helpful owners.

We had a great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It’s very close to Canberra Centre, which made meals and shopping super convenient. The location was quiet and perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay again.
