Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: There is a dedicated parking space in the basement with 2.1m clearance.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is just a 1-minute walk from your building entrance, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Great in many ways, amazing views, and the apartment and amenities were perfect and we enjoyed every day.
Good location and walkable to most things. Car park was a huge bonus to have. The apartment was clean and tidy, only thing is there were only two towels provided, for 5 night stay an extra towel would’ve been ideal. Would definitely stay again.
I had an enjoyable stay, nice and close to everything and the view from the balcony was excellent. The gym and pool were also great and easy to access which made for a good trip.
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It looks exactly like in the pictures, the checkin process is very simple and clear. The location is great, easy to reach other parts of town by public transport, loads of bars, restaurants around. The host was very responsive and helpful when looking for one of our lost item, which we really appreciated. And my personal favourite of the apartment was the view. Thank you for a great stay!

Had a lovely stay in the apartment. The Apartment was clean and the communication with the host was great. Shades in the bedroom are see through, so it is quite bright at night. Everything else was perfect, especially the gym in the building. Supermarkt is very close by.
Fantastic hosts. Highly recommend. Great communication. Had an initial issue with sofa and mattress but both were replaced within 24hours. Would 100% return if ever in the area again 👌
