Clean & comfortable, lovely apartment. Excellent location.
The apartment was in a great location with lots of food options and easy to walk to the city. It was a good size and had all the things we needed for a family holiday. The apartment complex had a nice pool, spa and BBQ area. The apartment was clean and tidy although the cushions on the lounge had a few stains, the dishwasher filter was clogged and the dishes were clean but dripping wet in the drawers. One of the beds was horrible to sleep on and the pillows weren’t much better. There is a fair bit of wear and tear to the apartment including warped noisy floorboards but it’s all purely cosmetic and everything else was in working order.

Perfect for family getaway
This accommodation is excellent for a family. It’s very neat and clean. Very near to restaurants and other outlets. Main city is just walking distance. Excellent place.
We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Serain residences. I would highly recommend staying there!
