Noise:. As the property is located in a lively area, some noise from nearby construction and surrounding nightlife venues may be noticeable at times.
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only around 250m walk away.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

It was good, went with my friends for a girls night, good for what we needed, it was local, only issue we had was the bathroom has a glass window and you could see in from the beds, not very private and beds were not very comfortable
Emma and Roger were responsive and friendly from the start. It’s a very convenient place, walking distance to the beach, tram service and the shopping centre.

Very nice stay if you want a lovely view and a great location. Does not have a kitchen so just keep that in mind, however for my stay I only used it for a place to sleep so it was perfect.
Great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Check-in was easy and everything went smoothly
Location was great. Close to anywhere and parking is not a problem at all. Park on the side 24hrs $8 we stayed there on the very busy time of the year.
I booked the unit for my daughters 16th birthday. I had travelled up from nsw so it was a bit last minute. Having to pick to the keys from a random location a couple of streets away was inconvenient. No wifi was also inconvenient. View from the balcony was nice. Bath had no plug, wardrobe door mirror broken, was just very dated and needs some maintenance. When leaving my daughter accidentally left the swipe inside before I could retrieve the last of our stuff. After ordeal that lasted a couple of hours and being told a $50 fee would be charged to access the spare key, I ended up heading back to nsw and leaving my stuff in the room. It wasn’t worth the headache especially then having to driving around with three kids in the car. It just wasn’t well handled and was made quite difficult
