This comfortable self-contained apartment is located on Level 6 and offers a relaxing stay on the Gold Coast, ideal for families, friends, or business travellers seeking modern comfort with resort-style facilities.
Bedroom Configuration
Master Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed (configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated) with a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 Single Beds.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Living & Dining
Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, TV, and dining area.
Private Balcony: A private balcony offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax.
Bathroom & Laundry
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms. The master ensuite features a walk-in shower and toilet, while the second bathroom includes a shower over a bath and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.
Core Amenities
Kitchen: Full-size kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances.
Climate Control: Centralised air conditioning with both cooling and heating throughout the apartment.
Connectivity: Free building guest Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary).
Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for AUD $50 per night, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The building offers superior facilities, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the local areas. You will have full access to these amenities, but please register with the reception before use.

Our air BnB hosts, Emma & Roger were great at communicating with us for our stay! We were very grateful to get an early check in time after a very early start to our day. The apartment overall is good, fantastic to have secure onsite parking included, location is convenient and thankfully for us not too high up in the building. The pool is lovely! And a very nice temperature. It’s such a shame the kids splash zone area is very poorly kept, lots of mould and extremely slippery.. Unfortunately the location of the apartment in the Ruby building is close to the neighbouring property Paradise Resort and at times it can be extremely noisy!!! Not just from kids having fun but the outdoor movies, the loud music and live shows (trivia, karaoke, game shows). The constant sound of water running from 8:45am - 8pm.

Emma and Roger were truly fantastic hosts who made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The photos featured on their site accurately capture the property's beauty, which was a delightful surprise. Finding the keys was a breeze, as their clear instructions made the process effortless. The view from the property was stunning, adding to the overall experience. We also appreciated the ample kitchen equipment, making preparing our meals easy. Parking was never an issue, with plenty of available spaces close by. Overall, we had a lovely stay, and we are so grateful to Emma and Roger for being so warm and accommodating. Thank you both for creating such a welcoming environment!

Merci pour votre adaptabilité concernant l’arrivé, logement bien équipé et bien situé. Seul bémol serait le manque de vaisselle notamment des assiettes et une passoire pour cuisiner plus facilement sinon rien à dire.
