First Airbnb we visited in Brisbane and after viewing more places, I would disclaim that it’s a bit overpriced. Not close to much. Close to bus stops and train station though. Place is not the cleanest. But not a big deal. It’s very nice and quiet despite the construction site across the road and has beautiful view to sunsets. Owners are very kind, accommodating and fast responding.

Clean digs, perfect for a short getaway. Peaceful neighbourhood, with a great cafe (Hedge) just down the road on Lillian Avenue. Large balcony.

It was raining so an awning at front door and mats on inside residence would be good as the tiles were slippery when wet
