Welcome to Sydney. Please enjoy the most expensive and luxurious views of the Sydne Opera House and Harbor Bridge. You will not miss the resort-style pool and SPA on the top of the hotel building.

The space

This apartment is located in a hotel building and on level 11 which can host a maximum of 2 guests.

My modern apartment features:

1 fully equipped kitchen
1 laundry with dryer and washing machine
1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bath, and a toilet
No balcony

* Please note that the air conditioner is currently under repair, and only the fan function is working properly. However, no need to worry — we’ve provided an oil heater and a standard heater for your comfort. *

There is no parking provided. You can try the public parking around the building.

We provide
• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
- A top-floor view lounge (NYE fireworks view is subject to application.)

Guest access

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance, or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

Other things to note

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• This is an old apartment, if you're concerned about this, please inquire for more details.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

Great location, easy walking distance to circular quay and local restaurants. Cost and comfortable unit, good for 2 people except that only - fob for entry makes it difficult to get in when both doing separate activities.

The unit was close to The opera house and Circular quay, 5 minutes walk. Host was very friendly and helpful. There is enough bathroom, kitchen and laundry toiletries for a few days which is very helpful. Check in was smooth and bit earlier as well. Would go back definitely. Thank you Emma & Roger

Great to have a full 1 bedroom unit with some room to move. Included full oven, dishwasher etc with washing machine & dryer. This equated to convenience. The instructions with photos made accessing the apartment easy. The Sebel Quay West was so quiet and peaceful. Thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, spa & sauna located on the 23rd floor with breath taking views of Sydney Harbour & Opera House etc. Thank you Emma & Roger! You made it all easy and simple. Location is second to none with easy access to Circular Quay and the Rocks.
