This one-bedroom apartment is located on level 4 and can host a maximum of 3 guests
The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 bedroom with a king bed (combined with 2 singles can not separate)
- 1 living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

The check-in (key pick-up) location is at a different site, approximately 600 meters away from your booked apartment.

great host , very responsive & accommodating to our requests and future enquiries.. top location, close to beach, main surfers shops n strip, restaurants, cafes , public transport (you can go anywhere you like for 50c) tram,bus stops. it was enjoyable stress free stay mostly thanks to the host & i would recommend 👌the place to any air bnb traveller wanting location, peace of mind , clean,modern, self contained apartment with pool, sauna n steam rooms n gym

Nice, clean place for 2 or if you're here for work. We found it a little tired, a hole in the wall, a burn mark on the lounge, the toaster broken, only one water glass... nothing major, but a little worn down. To give them full credit, they provided a new toaster and extra crockery and water glasses within a day after we told them.
very nice place, great location. hosts were very great at communicating and all instructions were super easy to follow.
The apartment is in a convenient location and we were able to walk or rent bikes around the area easily. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions or requests we had. Things we’d improve would be furniture cleanliness, quantity of amenities (toiletries, kitchenware), and WiFi quality/privacy. The apartment is in a corner unit and had a nice south facing view and balcony view of the sunset over the mountains. There is some small damages throughout the place but nothing that hinders the stay. The gym is not like the photos and seems very run down/ ignored and has mostly miscellaneous gym equipment with missing pieces.
