Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The building offers superior facilities, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the local areas. You will have full access to these amenities, but please register with the reception before use.

We stayed for 4 months (4 people) in a 2nd-floor corner apartment at the Ruby. Overall, a solid stay but with some mixed points. On the positive side, parking in the underground garage was super easy, and the host was very cooperative. When the washing machine broke down, it was replaced within a week, and the dryer was fixed too. However, it wasn't really clean when we checked in, it needed a much better clean. Also, there’s very little natural light in the rest of the apartment, which is tough for a long-term stay since you always need lamps. The kitchen is also way under-equipped for a long-term stay (for example, there was only one pot) and some utensils were worn out. Lastly, trash sometimes backed up to the 2nd floor, which caused a bad smell near the elevators. Solid place for a short trip, but has some downsides for the long term.

Very convenient location with amenities within the building such as gym, small swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Just 2 blocks away from the beach, one block away from Surfers Paradise Boulevard which takes you to many great restaurants, clubs, and pubs. The place was clean, comfortable beds, extra clean towels and bed sheets provided, and had some amenities to have a meal. Finding a car park within the building was always easy, a bit tight but there were always available spots. Happy to stay here again in the future, can recommend it. p.s. I forgot my sunnies there and they were kind to let me know about it
