- 1 full-size Kitchen (The stove needs to be lit with the igniter in the drawer.)

1st Floor:
- Master room with a double bed and balcony, and ensuite with a shower
- 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds
- 3rd bedroom with1 double bed.
- 1 bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Free parking is available on the driveway of the house. The garage is not available for customers.

Nice location, peaceful, safe and secure. Great area for getting outside and going for a walk or going fishing. Limited parking on the street and backyard/courtyard area disappointing, full of weeds. We enjoyed our stay tho and would stay there again.

Hi, House is clean from inside but just floor only but when look the corners and everything you can see dirtiness. Require Gardening as well. Rest everything is good.

Emma and Roger’s house in Bonbeach sits right beside the Patterson River Golf Club and offers a serene, calming environment surrounded by nature. The house is beautiful, well maintained, spacious and thoughtfully renovated with modern facilities. Our family had a very comfortable stay here. Emma and Roger were responsive and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommended.
