Emma and Roger's apartment was brilliant to stay at. Right in the heart of South Bank. The experience was great, I definitely recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Brisbane.
A short walk to get from the key pickup/drop off to the location, but very clear directions given for it. Loved being able to use the hotel pool/spa/BBQ facilities. Walked everywhere. Towels seemed quite well used, but fresh enough. Had a few bathroom & kitchen items available. Was enough space just to sleep in and I spent the rest of the day out and about. Used the small kitchenette for hot drinks, but was pleased I was already eating all meals out as there is no coffee table etc for sitting at. It was all I needed for this particular stay, and exactly as described.
The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. The listing is very clear - and what is explained is what you get in terms of size & location of the opposite building. The building amenities (rooftop + pool) were fantastic!! A little more attention to detail with the cleaning would be beneficial - and it can be very noisy when your neighbour is coming/going but apart from that, all good!
I think in general it’s a very nice option to stay in Brisbane. The apartment is very stylish with well equipped public facilities. And Emma is very easy to communicate. But two points do bother me a bit. Firstly actually it’s a whole apartment that be divided into two separate independent small apartment. So whenever the other sub apartment got people in or out and cleaning, there is some affection. Secondly, the duvet is put in a very weird way layer by layer , not sealed. And when the body touched the core duvet layer during sleeping, the body got bit itch after day.
Great location, even greater hosts. No issues at any point during my stay!
