Bedroom: Features 1 Queen Bed.
Extra Bed: A single folding bed is available for extra guests, with an additional cost of AUD $20 per night. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests if this bed is required.

Open-Plan Living: A well-designed studio space featuring a living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing natural light and an open feel.
Kitchen Area: A well-functioning kitchenette equipped with essential cooking facilities.

Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.
Internal Laundry: Equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Extras: We provide hotel-quality linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Free on-premises parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking cannot be reserved and is not guaranteed, especially during peak season.

Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only a 2-minute walk away, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction across the street which is nearing completion. Some intermittent noise may occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise disturbance.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- BBQ facilities(Roof top, 27th Floor and Ground Floor)
- Outdoor Swimming Pool, Spa, and Sauna room(Ground Floor)
- Fully equipped fitness center and Function Room(27th Floor)
- Rooftop Terrace(Roof Top)

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).

Had a great stay at Emma and Rodger’s condo, maybe a one minute walk to a beautiful beach and a grocery/convenience store on the bottom floor of the building. Automated check in made this super easy, and it was a fun way to start our trip.

The location was great with tram stop close by to access restaurants and things to do. The studio was clean, although had stains on the carpet, dents in the fridge and dishwasher, odd coloured chairs and the mattress needs an upgrade. The photos are outdated as the apartment does not have ocean views due to building constructed right in front and shows a different look to the apartment. Unfortunately we chose this place based on the photos and reviews. The reviews were clearly not for this studio apartment as they mentioned a veranda and ocean views from the bedrooms. Very disappointed as we would have chosen somewhere else that had ocean views due to our love of the ocean.

Had a lovely stay at the cozy suite. Had everything we needed. The location is great, very close to the beach. The tram stop is close by as well, making it very easy to explore different areas in Surfers. The building amenities such as pool, gym and rooftop patio were ideal. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
