My stunning apartment is a resort-style accommodation located just 100 m from the golden sands of Surfers Paradise Beach on the Gold Coast. The building rooftop has a spectacular ocean view and is a great choice for travelers interested in relaxation, food, and theme parks. There is so much to do and see in Australia's most celebrated destination - Surfers Paradise, such as award-winning restaurants, bars, festivals, and endless golden beaches.

The space

This apartment is located on level 13 and can host a maximum of 3 guests.

The stylish self-contained studio apartment features:
- 1 queen bed
- 1 single Air bed with an extra cost of 20 dollars per night.
- a well-functioned kitchen area
- a laundry
- living room with seaside floor-to-ceiling windows

There are free parking on-premises. The car park cannot be reserved AND FIRST COMES FIRST RESERVES. Due to availability, the car park can not be guaranteed in the peak season.

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

Guest access

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:
- BBQ facilities, guest lounge, and terrace
- Outdoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna room
- Fully equipped fitness center and rooftop terrace

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

Other things to note

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m-5 p.m, a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

it was very hard to get keys at the time of check in. Hotel reception help to find the key locker on the corner cafe when they just close reception at 10 pm. Thanks for the hotel staff. the location of locker box should mention next to locker key number which was given to us in email. This is only suggestion i want to give otherwise our stay was memorable. Thanks

We are on our honeymoon. The location is good, near the tram and bus station, and around 10-15mins walk to the beach. But not much restaurants near by, we need to go to Cavill Avenue or Southport for dinner or grocery shopping. The room is clean enough, got everything in the kitchen but oil, salt, pepper… the basic seasoning, so, whoever would cook may need to get prepare themselves. The view is good especially the night view, we can see the beach but not that much (same as the photos) as expected. The host is responded quickly and allow us to check-in 2 hours earlier which we are appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou for the great experience. Surfers Paradise is incredible! Loved the fact that we had a gym. The top level viewing deck was phenomenal and the pool and jacuzzi downstairs was great. Perfect for our needs.
