This apartment is located on level 23.

We can host a maximum of 2 guests, It is a fantastic place to stay in Brisbane and features:
- 1 bedroom with a king bed (combined with 2 singles)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 livingroom with lounge and TV
- 1 laundry with washing machine/ No dryer
- 1 winter-garden-style balcony
- 1 full-size kitchen
- There is a centralized air conditioning system in this unit.

* I am very sorry there is no parking available for this unit. I suggest you try the street parking, or there is public parking (Secure Parking) at 52 Alfred Street, Fortitude Valley.

The following we provide may interest you:
• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
• Instant coffee and tea bags.

To provide more availability in the peak season, sometimes we may need to relocate you to another apartment with the same quality rooms. We will notify you if we need to move you to another apartment.

Private Function Lounges – Level 6, Flatiron Tower (booking required, additional fees apply)

Operation hours and rules are posted on the wall near each facility entrance.

• Please follow all Body Corporate by-laws when using common facilities.
• Facility access may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, or other building management requirements.

We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).

Hébergement qui correspond bien à la description. Je recommande. Petit bémole le lave vaiselle ne lave pas bien et manque de vaiselle. Sinon nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Perfect spot for a weekend get away, lots to do and see within walking distance and being right across the road from the train station made exploring the whole city a breeze. The building was quiet and respectful, the apartment clean and tidy. Over all a great experience, would stay here again!

Apartment had everything, but needed a good clean and some TLC, walls need painting and tidy up. Bed was lumpy. Local area is rough, loads of drunks and crack heads !
