This comfortable self-contained apartment is located on Level 26 and offers a relaxing stay on the Gold Coast, ideal for families, friends, or business travellers seeking modern comfort with resort-style facilities.
Bedroom Configuration
Master Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed (configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated) with a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 Single Beds.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, TV, and dining area.
Private Balcony: A private balcony offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax.
Bathroom & Laundry
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms. The master ensuite features a walk-in shower and toilet, while the second bathroom includes a shower over a bath and toilet.

Kitchen: Full-size kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances.
Climate Control: Centralised air conditioning with both cooling and heating throughout the apartment.

Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for AUD $50 per night, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The building offers superior facilities, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the local areas. You will have full access to these amenities, but please register with the reception before use.

Awesome place in Surfers Paradise. Only 10 mins walk to the nearest beach. All appliances are in perfect condition and easy-to-use, the landlord also provides detailed description with images and photos. Though, those above are not the best part. As an apartment at level 26, the view was top-level among all living space across Gold Coast. Looking left, you can enjoy the view of the iconic riverside town; looking right, downtown and beach are right out there. Do take a photo in the balcony!
