The building's exceptional amenities provide a relaxing escape following a day of exploring the local area. You'll have complete access to all of the amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, a lagoon pool, a heated outdoor children's pool, a children's play area with a pirate ship and waterslide, an indoor and outdoor spa, a sauna, a gym, a games room, and a BBQ area. Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay. The location is fantastic (across the road from the tram and one block away from the beach), the apartment is spacious and well equipped and the hosts were very responsive (even replacing a broken fry pan during our stay). I would highly recommend this apartment as well located and awesome value for money. Although an older style apartment, the kitchen and main living space has been modernised which definitely adds to the appeal. We appreciated the discounted rate based on construction next door - we were surprised that nightworks continued throughout Friday night (literally didn't stop until around midday Saturday). Presumably it's not every night, but the builders must have night permits as needed. We would definitely stay again if we want a break away in Surfers.
Location is second to none, there were a few issues and the hosts were responsive. There’s building right next door but that didn’t bother us. Own car park was great. Spacious. The unit does need upgrading but again that didn’t bother us. Lots of space and so good to have a washer and dryer at hand with kids. House cleaning could be more thorough. We found a sock and towel from past visitors. Overall though we had a great family holiday and would return.

Enjoyed the location. Easy to access. Spacious. Anything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Beach or cafes restaurants are aplenty. Rooms are perfect for couples families or friends. Hosts very attentive if needed. Totally recommend

We had a great family long weekend in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Special thanks to Emma being so flexible and accepting our late evening reservation on the same day. Perfect location, nice unit, beautiful views, and super friendly host.
