The space

Our games room is perfect for indoor entertainment, while our BBQ area is great for outdoor gatherings. Take a dip in our heated indoor pool or our lagoon pool, or let the kids splash around in our heated outdoor kids' pool with a pirate ship and waterslide. Our children's play area provides a safe and fun environment for your little ones. Relax and rejuvenate in our indoor and outdoor spa, sauna, or gym. We hope you enjoy your time with us!

This three-bedroom apartment is located on level 14 and can host a maximum of 6 guests

The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower
- 1 bedroom with a queen bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ( customer can push them together )
- 1 living room with TV, sofa, and a dining area
- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- Air conditioning is available in the living room and master room only

Please note that the facilities including Indoor Pool, Gym, Indoor Spa and Steam & Sauna will be closed for maintenance works from 07.05.2025 for 2 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The building's exceptional amenities provide a relaxing escape following a day of exploring the local area. You'll have complete access to all of the amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, a lagoon pool, a heated outdoor children's pool, a children's play area with a pirate ship and waterslide, an indoor and outdoor spa, a sauna, a gym, a games room, and a BBQ area. Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.

Other things to note

This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip in GC.

• Please note that there is currently a construction site next to the building, and some noise may be present during the day. Closing the windows can help minimize the impact.
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m-5 p.m, a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

I stayed with my daughter and grandchildren. The place was great and everything that we needed. Check in was easy and Emma and Roger were very helpful. The pool was fantastic and the kids would have been happy to stay at the pool everyday. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I stayed with our two kids and grandparents with ample space for us all. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to stay in and make meals. Having two tvs was very nice to have too. The location is great with only a 6 min walk to Coles and 10 mins to main strip Cavill ave. If you are a light sleeper however be warned. Even on the 14th floor there is a lot of street noise thanks to the active nightlife nearby. The facilities that you have access to are fantastic. Kids will love the lagoon style pool and section with water slide. On colder/wet days there is also an indoor pool with spa.

Highly recommend staying at Emma and Roger' accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out, and clear delivery of instructions. Had no need to reach out for their assistance, but comforting know that they would be more then happy to help.

This place was amazing. The apartment was lovely. Views were stunning. The tropical pool area was spectacular. The grounds were clean & tidy. The staff at the kiosk were so friendly. So close to everything in Surfers Paradise. Emma & Roger kept in touch leading up to and during our stay, they were great hosts. We would definitely stay there again and would absolutely recommend this place to our friends and family
