There is an allocated parking space for this unit from strata management.

The building's exceptional amenities provide a relaxing escape following a day of exploring the local area. You'll have complete access to all of the amenities, such as an indoor heated pool, a lagoon pool, a heated outdoor children's pool, a children's play area with a pirate ship and waterslide, an indoor and outdoor spa, a sauna, a gym, a games room, and a BBQ area. Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.
The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.

• Please note that there is currently a construction site next to the building, and some noise may be present during the day. Closing the windows can help minimize the impact.
• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m-5 p.m, a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

Dani’s place was the perfect accomodation for our little family get away with two kids and an infant. There’s a nice view from the balcony, very peaceful and private. All the essentials plus a little starter pack were provided upon entry. Only a 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. Downstairs is awesome especially for the kids!! Lagoon, outside and inside pools, spas, steam room, sauna, gym and a cafe! Highly recommend staying here! We really enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location, beautiful apartment , very spacious. Dani was a great host and communicated very well and was prompt. Pool area of the hotel was amazing for the kids with heated pools. Would definately stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect apartment for young families. Stayed with my husband and 2 young boys, room was spacious with cooking facilities. Pool was such a hit with the kids who could have stayed there all day. Free parking, Netflix and wifi in the room as well as washing and dryer in the room. Perfect holiday apartment with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend! We enjoyed our stay at Dani’s place - a perfectly located, spacious, clean apartment with wonderful views of Surfers Paradise and Ocean, we even spotted some whales breaching! Underground parking is super handy but be aware of the height, we had a bike rack on and nearly knocked them off. The slingshot is no longer located across the road so there was no noise from that, just general road noise when balcony doors are open. It was great to chill on the balcony or watching Netflix after big days of tourist things, the pool is great and our teenager really enjoyed the spaces available. We will definitely visit again and recommend to friends & friends.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and many restaurants and attractions. Only a short drive to all that the Gold Coast has to offer. Comfortable bed and cosy apartment with a great view. The pool area was very relaxing and perfect for our extended family. Thanks for a great holiday.
