Please adhere to the Body Corporate's by-laws when utilizing the public amenities. Access to amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to occasional maintenance, repairs, or other issues managed by the Body Corporate.
The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Location was great. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars etc, tram station close by, beautiful swimming pool area. Only criticism is building site across the road.
Great stay we would definitely book the exact same unit again!
Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage 5 Minuten vom Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Tolle Küche und insgesamt ein sehr geräumiges Appartement. Der Baulärm gegenüber war etwas störend und weckte und schon früh, aber dafür hatten wir mehr vom Tag. Es war nicht der letzte Aufenthalt gewesen

Hosts communicated everything. Apartment was in good location, was spatious had all of the ammenities you could need. The hotel had a good outdoor/indoor pool. There was construction going on opposite the hotel, from 6 30 am each morning, extremely loud, not the owners fault though. Cleaning wasnt good. In the bathroom there was mold in the shower and on the wall, the toilet was not cleaned properly. The shampoo etc botles in shower were all empty. Matress had stains, so did the pillows. Kitchen floor was not clean. There was mold on the curtains in the living room. Scratches/marks over all othe walls. The cushions were stained. Room is next to the lifts and you could hear when they went up/down.
Was a excellent apartment well located with beach views the complex had great amenities with a Thai restaurant downstairs

we like the location and what apartment offered us , the only problem was the midnight noices of construction site , we decided to stay because it was too much hassle for us to.ove with 2 infants . but overall stay was good and this place is very good for a family. specially our kids love the pool area 😍.
