The space

This apartment locates on level 7, which can host a maximum of 4 guests.

The modern apartment is a fantastic place to stay in Fortitude Valley and features:

- 1 master bedroom with ensuite with King bed
- 1 bedroom with king bed (combined with 2 singles)
- 1 living room
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 laundry
- 1 balcony
- 1 secured parking in the basement

There is also a centralized air conditioning system for all rooms.

The built-in oven is currently out of service as it trips the apartment's electricity. We now provide a portable oven for your convenience.

Guest access

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- Fully equipped fitness center on the rooftop ( under maintenance, not able to use now.
- A pool on the rooftop (under maintenance, not able to use now)
- A common BBQ on the rooftop (under maintenance, not able to use now)


Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance, or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

Interaction with guests

The message built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.

We use it as our main communication method with every guest.

If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.

This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip in Brisbane.

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

Very nice apartment. 2 rooms with big beds and 2 bathrooms, which is so awesome! We couldn't open the balcony, but otherwise the facilities were very nice. Easy access and easzy check in, thanks for the video instructions, very helpful. The location is good too, there couple of restaurants behind the building, personally would recommend italian restaurant. I would also recommend to have an other bigger set of tea cups, but thats just me, otherwise I enjoyed it. Thanks for everything Emma! Best wishes!

Very kindly let us check in early, and after a long flight and a few days travelling it was very much appreciated! Location was perfect to easily get in and out of the city. Just outside the hustle and bustle but with plenty of lovely restaurants and loads of things to do and see close by. Nice clean apartment with comfortable beds, lovely views from the balcony and rooms and perfect little rooftop pool. So good infact, we enquired about any available apartments to rent but no luck! Wonderful 2 weeks spent there enjoying the city.
