. Australia is a nature-rich environment, and occasional insects may be present despite regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided for guest use

. Starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approximately 3 days) are provided, along with instant coffee and tea bags

The building offers a range of shared facilities designed for relaxation after a day of exploring. Guests may access the following amenities:

Outdoor tropical lounge (Level 6, Flatiron Tower)

Please note that some facilities, such as the spa and lounge areas, may require advance booking directly with the building management. We will provide the necessary booking form for your use; however, guests are responsible for completing the reservation.

All facilities are shared and managed by the Body Corporate. Access is subject to availability and may be affected by maintenance, repairs, or building management decisions. Guests are required to comply with all building by-laws when using these areas.

We are a professional property management team and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
We are primarily available via the booking platform and will respond to your messages promptly between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (AEST, Brisbane time).
For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone, and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
We respect your privacy and generally do not meet guests in person unless required.
